The WONDEC FGJ05 Automatic Desiccant Filling Machine is designed for molecular sieve desiccant filling in bendable spacer frames and corner-connector spacer frames used in insulating glass production.
It operates with the spacer frame in a closed condition. PLC control coordinates drilling, filling and sealing, while an automatic feeding system supplies desiccant. Filling height and time can be adjusted to suit the production task.
