TPS, Superspacer and Alu Spacer IGU Solutions
Insulating glass manufacturers often produce units with more than one spacer system, and each route adds its own handling, sealing and tracking steps between washing, assembly, gas filling and pressing. Booth B66 was built around this question, with the headline “TPS | Superspacer | Alu Spacer | IGU Solution”.
The main booth display presented the WONDEC MES IGU System for your smart factory, showing how WONDEC insulating glass production lines can be planned as a connected workflow rather than as separate machines.
Cloud MES Full IGU Solution and Glass Sorting System
The illuminated wall panel, titled “Glass Sorting System”, presented the WONDEC Cloud MES Full IGU Solution for Your Smart Factory. The layout shows two insulating glass production lines connected to an intelligent glass sorting system, organized under four labels:
